Rules

The rules in BetNow.eu are the same as all the Sportsbook rules, regulations, and wager types as in Las Vegas. All of the sporting events that you wager on have to be played on the programmed date and location unless otherwise specified. Our guidelines state that all wagers must be placed and accepted before the start of the game/event. Any bet placed or received after the start of the game will be invalid.

BetNow.eu reserves the right to enforce limits on the maximum amount wagered prior to acceptance of any bet. Creating several accounts with the intention to evade the aforementioned limits is strictly forbidden. If such practice is discovered, all bets will be then invalidated and accounts will be void. In addition, the customer is liable to notify us if any funds have been incorrectly credited to their account. If said winnings are credited incorrectly, prior to notifying our Sportsbook, the credits shall be invalidated.
Any bets realized after the error, whether directly or indirectly related to the error, but prior to notification, will be cancelled.

BetNow.eu states that we do not recognize suspended games, scoring alterations, protests, result reversals and inverted decisions for betting purposes. For a bet to be regarded as valid the customer must receive a bet number or wager number confirming that BetNow.eu has accepted the wager. This will come in the form of a message that will be showing up on the customer’s screen when a wager was placed online or through our bookmaking call center. Once the wager was accepted, bets can’t be cancelled or amended in anyway by the customer.

Maximum Payout: Our maximum combined payout per day is $100.000 (All won bets combined).

Line Errors: In case there is an obvious error on the line, once it is identified all bets made under that error will be cancelled and the accounts will be credited. In the event that the format of a match differs from our implied information, we reserve the right to invalidate any bet.

Past-post: If a wager is proven that it was placed after the outcome of an event or after the selected participant (or team) has gained a material advantage (for example a score, etc) open and settled bets in questions will be cancelled.

Also, our management reserves the right to cancel or adjust any wagers that are accepted but have been influenced by public media information.

Football Betting Rules

NCAA Football and NFL Football games after 55 minutes of play will be considered as official for betting purposes.

Wagers on First, Second halves and either of the four quarters are to be contemplated as action after the period that was wagered on has finished.

When formulating the final score, total and side bets include overtime periods. Furthermore, any overtime period is considered as part of the bet on halftime and full game bets.

If a game is postponed and moved to a different date, all bets will have action as long as the new time and date are within 72 hours of the originally scheduled date and it is played in the same venue.

If the new time and date exceeds 72 hours past the originally scheduled date or the game is moved to a different venue, all bets will be graded as no action.

Perhaps the most popular sporting event that draws wagering fans from all over the world to play is NFL football. This immense popularity has made the NFL and College football to become the unquestionably most popular sport in North America for wagering. To help you understand better the mechanics of football betting, here are the rules to start your NFL and College Football action.

101 Green Bay Packers 40
102 Seattle Seahawks -7

In the above example, you are would be wagering into what is known as the point-spread.  Let’s imagine that the Packers are playing at Seattle and the Seahawks are favorites by 7 points. Let’s say that Seattle wins the game 21-17, and they didn’t cover the point spread of 7 points as won the game by only 3 points.  If you picked Green Bay plus the 7 points, in that case you will be the winner. It is of a lot of importance to know that whenever you are wagering on football, you normally are going to be laying the 11/10, meaning that you will need to place 110 dollars for every 100 you want to win. In the example above, let’s say you picked the Seahawks.  You would bet on the 7 points and laid 110 for every 100 dollars you wanted to win.  Since Seattle did not cover the spread you would be out 110 dollars.  Had you wagered on Green Bay you would have won 100 dollars and also gotten your original 110 dollars back.

Green Bay Packers +230
Seattle Seahawks -280

Football wagering also includes the total and money lines, as illustrated above. The total consists that you add the total amount of points scored by both teams to get the total for the game. In the Total line you are able to wager for the over or under of that amount of points scored in the game. You risk the same 11/10 equivalent or 110 for 100 that you wagered on the side. Let’s imagine that in this game the total is set at 40. If you bet the under, then less than 40 points must be scored for you to be a winner, anything above 40 points will cause you to lose the bet.  If the total points are exactly at 40, then this wager will be considered as a push, you can think of it as a tie. When that happens then you will be getting the money you wagered back.  If you wish to pick only the winner of the game and not have the point spread involved you should wager on the money line. To understand the money line better, you will need to risk more money for the favorite team to win and you will get a more money back when betting on the underdog. Now, let’s imagine that you picked Seattle to win the game, but you didn’t want to play the point spread, you should bet the money line in its place. If the money line was marked at -280, that means that for every $100 you want to win, you need to wager $280. And for the Packers, the line reads that for every $100 that you lay, you will be getting $230.

Basketball Betting Rules

For wagering purposes, in Basketball our guidelines state that all overtime periods will be considered as part of the wager on half time and full game bets. In order for a game to be considered as official 43 minutes of gameplay are required on NBA games, and 35 minutes of gameplay are required on NCAA basketball.

Baseball Betting Rules

Exhibition and Pre-Season game betting rules: Please be advised that BetNow.eu offers baseball action on exhibition and pre-season games, also we do not list any starting pitcher on exhibition and pre-season games.

MLB betting rules: All MLB baseball games, regardless if they are regular season or exhibition will be considered as legitimate for money lines 4.5 innings of gameplay in case the home team is up on the scoring board, and 5 innings if the away team is leading. If a game is postponed or called after the first five innings (official game), then the winning team will be the one leading after the last complete inning, except if the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. In that case, the winner will be determined by the score at the moment the game was suspended. Bets for run lines and game totals require the game to go to full 9 innings. That’s is unless the home team wins the game in 8.5 innings

During the Post-Season, all games will not be ruled as official until a winner is acknowledged. If a post-season game starts but after a while is delayed or postponed to a later date, all bets will have action with the final score result on that new date.

Unless a customer specifies otherwise, all action on MLB games are on the Money line and totals.

Listed Pitchers is the default when wagering un run lines.

All players are able to wager on Action or Listed Pitchers. If there is a pitching change on a selected game, all wagers will then be considered as "No Action". Parlay bets will then be reverted into a lower number of teams and, thus so will the payout of that wager. Any straight bets will be cancelled and the money will return to the customer’s account. The starting pitcher by definition is whoever throws the first pitch. If there is a pitching change on a game that you have action on, you will keep that wager at the line where you wagered at.

Total bets and Side wagers always include any extra-innings when presenting the total score.

Baseball First-Half Bets:

All bets on a baseball game’s first 5 innings otherwise known as the game’s first half are Listed Pitchers by default and will be determined on the game’s score line at the end of said five innings.

Any First-Half (5 Innings) wager must go to the full completion of the 5th Inning, to be considered as valid.

When wagering weekend series, we are contemplating games that take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. For the wagers to be considered as active, all the games have to be played to completion and deemed as legitimate according to the above-mentioned baseball betting guidelines. No action will be ruled in a game is suspended.

Any baseball prop wager must go to the full completion of the game (9 or 8.5 innings), for them to be considered as valid.

All betting on baseball is made by laying money odds. If you want to learn more on baseball wagers, we invite you to visit our section of Betting on Sports.

MERCY RULES

The Mexican Baseball League games that will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday will now be just seven innings instead of the usual nine.

Soccer Betting Rules

There are two types of wagering lines for Soccer: a money line and a goal line. The money line is a three-way line between the underdog, the favorite and a draw or tie game, on this line there is no way for the wager to be a push. If the game ends up in a tie (draw), all other bets will lose regardless if they were for the favorite or the underdog. These guidelines and regulations are based only for 90 minutes of regulation plus injury time. Unless it is stated otherwise, extra time doesn’t count.
