His professional record is already at 24-11 with 21 submissions under his name. Minner tried his luck to enter the UFC by joining Dana White’s Contender Series in August 2019 but lost to Herbert Burns in the first round via triangle armbar. He bounced from MCF and DCS and won both of his fights to earn a roster spot in the UFC. His debut fight was in UFC Fight Night 169 where he was slated to go against Grant Dawson. The fight didn’t end up on the side of Minner as he lost via rear-naked choke in the second round.
