He earned his ticket to the UFC roster after competing in Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender series in June 2018 and knocked out Rico DiScuillo in the third round with a knee and punches. He lost his first-ever professional fight during his UFC debut but after that, he went on to a three-fight winning streak. His last match happened in January 2020 and he defeated Felipe Dias Colares in UFC Fight Night 166 via unanimous decision.
