Diego “The Nightmare” Sanchez will be fighting in front of his hometown crowd as he hails from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is an American fighter that fights at welterweight and stables at the famous Jackson-Wink MMA team. His current MMA professional record is at 29-12 and he looks to regain back his winning form as he fell to Michael Chiese back in July 2010 via unanimous decision. Before that, he won back-to-back wins against Craig White and Mickey Gall. The 38-year-old UFC veteran has proved that he still can knock out people as his latest win was a TKO in the second round. Expect Sanchez to be the aggressor in this match who can go stand up and on the ground against Pereira.
Michel “The Demolidor” Pereira is a young and upcoming fighter in the UFC that hails from Tucuma, Para in Brazil. He fights out of Scorpion Fighting System and Team Demolidor. He carries a professional fighting record of 23 wins and 10 losses at the young age of 26 years old. Pereira came into the UFC just this 2019 and he was highly regarded as a great prospect to come out of the welterweight division. He made a stellar debut just this May 2019 with a first-round KO through a flying knee against Danny Roberts. He immediately went back into action as his momentum was halted by Tristan Connelly. This fighter uses his power to KO his opponents but he also has some tricks in the mat.

Sanchez vs Pereira Betting Picks
With not much experience in the UFC, Sanchez is favored to win by Sportsbook. This is a chess match and we expect this to go a mile if Sanchez controls the floor. Pereira is going to be challenged as he was gassed out in his last match and expect Sanchez to do the same to him.
