Main Card

Khadis Ibragimov

Ibamigov is a light heavyweight fighter that is from St. Petersburg, Russia and stables at Sambo Piter. He stands at 6-foot-2 and weighs and weighs 205 lbs. A promising fighter who made his first UFC debut just this August this year, he lost the fight in three rounds via Guillotine Choke.  Before the UFC, he was undefeated in eight contests. He has a variety of attacks and can finish you via KO but three of his eight victories came from submissions. Three of his last five wins were from chokes so see Ibamigov trying to reach for the neck of Herman in their bout. This is a redemption fight for Khadis Ibamigov and he will look forward to earning his first UFC victory in front of the Russian crowd.

Ed Herman

Herman is an American fighter that hails from Portland, Oregon. He has 38 professional fights and at the age of 39, he seems to be on his way out of his MMA career. Losing 3 of his five bouts was a sign that he should be thinking of retiring but he scored a victory over Patrick Cummins just this May. Ed Herman seems to be taking its slow having almost one fight per year. In 2019, he hopes to end the year with another victory and hope that his career can have more mileage so he can ask for more bouts from the UFC. Over his 24 wins, 13 came from submissions and early in his career, he would always go for an armbar. Expect him to be wary of Ibamigov in the first round before he strategizes an attack.

Ibragimov vs Herman Betting Picks

This is a battle of youth vs experience with Ibragimov expected by UFC Live Betting to win over Herman. The Russian fighter is at -253 while Herman is at +197.  This fight will look like to play more in the ground than standing up. With Herman’s age and experience, he would like to take the fight slow and let the Russian fighter attack him first. If Ibragimov doesn’t take care of business, he would most probably favor the fight in the eyes of the judges with Herman not having much luck in his career when fights get to a mile. This should be a chess match of submissions and a test of stamina for Herman.
