UFC Fight Night 133: dos Santos vs. Ivanov betting odds and analysis

The year’s online UFC betting action continues this weekend with a thrilling event that all can tune in for. We’re coming off of UFC 226, which was hyped up to be one of the best events of the year. And while watching Daniel Cormier knock out Stipe Miocic to become the baddest man on the planet. However, the cancellation of the Ortega vs. Holloway matchup certainly bummed us out. Not to mention the disaster that was the co-headlining bout of the night. But with that event finally behind us, what can sports betting players look forward to this weekend?

UFC Fight Night 133: dos Santos vs. Ivanov – Saturday, July 14th

When: Main Card: 10 pm ET || Prelims: 8 pm ET || Early Prelims: 6:30 pm ET

Where: CenturyLink Arena, Boise, Idaho

TV: Fox Sports 1

Stream: Fox Sports Go

The night will be headlined by a UFC Heavyweight bout between Junior dos Santos and Blagoy Ivanov. Junior dos Santos is a mighty veteran and former UFC Heavyweight Championship and will be looking to work his way back up to a title shot. On the other hand, Ivanov is a new up and comer who will be looking to add another surprising name to his resume. This is an enticing bout that you should definitely tune in for. However, there are other, equally intriguing matchups on the main card. Like the Cat Zingano vs. Marion Reneau pairing or even the co-headlining bout of the night between Sage Northcutt and Zak Ottow.

Main Card & UFC Fight Night 133 Betting Odds

Junior dos Santos is looking to get back on the horse after a string of disappointing performances. In fact, dos Santos has posted a 4-4 record in his last 8 fights. This is a far cry from what we saw early in his career, like the 8-fight win streak we saw him put together when he first joined the UFC. Nevertheless, the Brazilian is confident he can work his way back to a championship bout. Especially since Stipe Miocic just got dethroned for the belt. Unfortunately for dos Santos, most online UFC betting pundits don’t share that sentiment. The odds may be sticking with the former champ this weekend, but a good portion of talking heads see him going down via KO.

So who is the man who is supposedly going to knock out dos Santos this weekend? Blagoy Ivanov is a Bulgarian mixed martial artists who specializes in Sambo. We’ve seen what Nurmagomedov can do with his Sambo training and Ivanov is looking to make a name for himself in a similar fashion. So far, he’s 16-1 in his career and will be making his UFC debut this weekend. Ivanov brings a 5-fight win streak to the table and has 2 KOs in his last 4 victories. Pegged as the underdog, the Bulgarian will be looking to turn some heads this online betting weekend.
