He is 29-years-old and has fought in the bantamweight division all throughout his career. Quinonez is fighting out of Deluncuentes MMA and currently carries an 8-3 professional MMA record.
He came into the UFC in November 2014 and his debut was a rough defeat against Alejandro Perez via unanimous decision. Since then, he went undefeated winning four matches from July 2015 to August 2017. Nathaniel Wood brought him back to the ground and submitted him via rear-naked choke in March 2016. Quinonez bounced back with a win with Carlos Huachin as he goes to this match against O’Malley.
