Henry Cejudo

Henry Cejudo is a 33-year-old fighter that hails from Phoenix, Arizona and he is currently the UFC bantamweight champion. This will be his first title defense after defeating Marlon Moraes in UFC 238 back in June 2019. He stables at Fight Ready and has a professional MMA record of 15-2. Cejudo is nicknamed in the ring as “The Messenger”  and made his UFC debut in December 2014 as a flyweight. He won his first four fights before losing to a title fight against Demetrious Johnson in UFC 197 back in April 2017.

He lost his next match as well in the same year against Joseph Benavidez. Since then, Cejudo won his next five fights and even had a payback win over Demetrious Johnson in August 4. He then vacated the title on December 19, 2019, to focus on the bantamweight division. After knocking down T.J. Dillashaw, he then earned the right to battle Marlon Moraes and won the bantamweight championship.

Dominick Cruz

Dominick Cruz is a two-time bantamweight champion that came from San Diego, California. At 34-years-old, he stables at Alliance MMA and owns a 22-2 professional MMA record. He owns the nickname “The Dominator” and 14 of his 22 wins came from decisions. Cruz made his UFC debut in UFC 132 and renewed his rivalry with Urijah Faber which he won via unanimous decision. He was already given the UFC Bantamweight Championship upon entering the organization and vacated the title in January 2014. The former champion worked his way back to earn a title shot after defeating Takeya Mizugaki via first-round KO. Cruz then reclaimed the bantamweight championship after beating T.J Dillashaw in January 2016. After defending the title in a trilogy battle against Urijah Faber, he god defeated by Cody Garbrandt in UFC 2017. This fight against Cruz will be his first fight since December 2016.
