Making their first World Cup appearance since Italy 1990, the Egyptians will be vying to begin the tournament on a high note. Additionally, it marks Egypt’s third overall berth into the tournament. Despite having made several trips, Egypt has never actually won a World Cup match. Understandably, the online soccer betting odds have pegged Egypt as a heavy underdog in this matchup.
