Anaheim Ducks
The Ducks had a tough time in Game 1 falling short 3-0 against the Sharks. However, Anaheim was able to bounce back, somewhat, in Game 2. Specifically, Anaheim was able to score two against the Sharks in a 3-2 losing effort. Now, down two games to one, the Ducks will be looking to take advantage of the home court advantage to bounce back in this series. Judging by the evening’s NHL hockey betting odds, bookmakers don’t think they’ll be able to get it done. Hampus Lindholm and Jakob Silfverberg were the two able to find the net in Game 2. Considering neither of them lead Anaheim in points this season, the Ducks will need their usual stars to pick up the pace.
Players to Watch: Rickard Rakell (34 G, 35 A, 69 PTS), Ryan Getzlaf (11 G, 50 A, 61 PTS), and Corey Perry (17 G, 32 A, 49 PTS)
San Jose Sharks
The Sharks have to feel pretty good about themselves considering they’re up two games in this series. However, the series now heads to Anaheim. Will the Sharks be able to pick up a win on the road? Monday’s NHL betting odds certainly seem to think so. Nevertheless, San Jose’s recent trends don’t suggest it will be an easy game. Since San Jose is 3-2-1 on the road in their last 5, they could get into some trouble this evening. Evander Kane has scored 2-goals for the Sharks in this year’s postseason. No doubt San Jose will turn to him once again this evening.
Players to Watch: Brent Burns (12 G, 55 A, 67 PTS), Joe Pavelski (22 G, 44 A, 66 PTS), and Logan Couture (34 G, 27 A, 61 PTS).

Anaheim Ducks vs. San Jose Sharks Picks
So which team should sportsbook betting players favor in Monday’s Anaheim Ducks vs. San Jose Sharks postseason matchup? All things considered, it might be better to side with the Ducks this evening. After all, Anaheim put up a decent fight in Game 2. On top of that, they’ll be playing at home this evening. And since the Sharks haven’t had that much luck on the road, it makes much more sense to side with Anaheim. Not to mention the fact that those underdogs are much more lucrative than the ones out on San Jose. Sign up now to make this lucrative NHL playoff prediction!
Score Prediction: 2-1 Anaheim. The Ducks pick up the first win of this postseason series.
