At the start of the season it seemed that Carson Wentz was a natural fit for Philadelphia and the Eagles were indubitably bound for the postseason. However, after they won their first three games of the season, the Eagles’ good fortune soon turned to adversity. Once hailed as a hero, Wentz is now starting to play more like your average rookie, instead of a potential ROY award recipient. Their rushing offense is the 7th best in the NFL, but the thing that is influencing the online NFL betting odds the most is the Eagles’ defense.
As of right now the Eagles have the 9th best passing defense, which will spell trouble for the Packers and their pass-first offense.
