Online NFL Wagering Odds for Colts-Seahawks Match

Sunday night football has a special place in the hearts of online NFL wagering fans. After watching your favorite team battle it out during the day, Sunday Night Football is something we can all rally around. Last week’s matchup between the Oakland Raiders and Washington Redskins turned out to be a bit of a snooze fest, considering Oakland didn’t even bother to show up. And considering that this week’s rendition features the Seattle Seahawks hosting the Indianapolis Colts, it’s more than likely that this Sunday’s Sunday Night Football contest will also be a bore. Let’s take a look at what kind of turnout sportsbook betting sites are predicting.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Seattle Seahawks – Sunday, October 1st

When: 8:30 pm ET

Where: CenturyLink Field, Seattle

TV: NBC

Stream: NBC Live, NFL Game Pass

Online NFL Wagering Odds:

Indianapolis Colts +13 (-109)           41 (-115)         +711

Seattle Seahawks -13 (-111)  41 (-105)         -1100

Indianapolis Colts

The Colts march into this Week 4 matchup sporting a 1-2 record that ranks them 3rd in the AFC South. Currently the division is being led by the Tennessee Titans and the Jacksonville Jaguars, both of whom are sitting at 2-1. Despite sharing a record with the Seattle Seahawks, the online NFL wagering odds are convinced that the Colts will come up short this weekend. In part, because of the Seahawk’s undeniable dominance at home, but at the same time, one can’t deny that the Colts have been pretty atrocious this season.

Indianapolis’ lone win of the season came over the Cleveland Browns – the franchise that has long held the title of the worst team in the NFL. The Colts picked up a 31-28 win over the Browns this past Sunday, despite being pegged as the underdog by the betting NFL online odds.

Seattle Seahawks

At 1-2, the Seahawks are sorely disappointed with how this season is shaping up. However, there’s still plenty of football to be played and with the Los Angeles Rams currently leading the NFC West, the division is very much up for grabs. Moving forward, the Hawks will need to address their staggering offense if they are serious about keeping their 5-year postseason appearance streak alive and well.

Seattle enters this matchup sporting the NFL’s 26th worst scoring offense. The Colts are pretty terrible on defense themselves, wielding the league’s penultimate defense in terms of scoring. However, despite the Colts’ meager defensive stats, there’s still no guarantee that Seattle will run up the scoreboard this Sunday, like the 13-point spread is predicting.

While you might not want to take Seattle on the spread, you should definitely pick them to win this game. The Seahawks home stadium reputation precedes them and you can bet your bottom dollar that we will see this homestand-prowess on display once again this Sunday. With Andrew Luck sidelined once more in Week 4, the Seahawks have too many things stacked in their favor.
