NFL Football Online Bets to Make on Packers vs. BuccaneersPosted by: Charlie Smith
This past weekend, football betting websites were predicting a pretty lopsided blowout as the Pittsburgh Steelers hosted the Green Bay Packers. The Packers were without Aaron Rodgers and considering that they have only won one game without their Super Bowl winning quarterback this season, no one was picking the Packers for a bet on 2 team parlay odds.
However, Green Bay shocked the nation by hanging with the Steelers, even working up a lead early in the game. As the game dragged on, Green Bay’s defense continued to put their offense in a position to win the game. Brett Hundley and the Packers offense managed to tie things up at 28 late in the game but there was no stopping Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers’ explosive offense. Ultimately, Big Ben drove his team down the field and put them in a position to win the contest via an easy field goal. The kick was good and the rest is history. But the very fact that the Packers were able to compete against a team as dominant as the Steelers has forced NFL football online bookmakers to reconsider the odds they’re giving Green Bay this weekend. Take a look.

NFL Football Online Betting Odds:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers -2 (-110) 44 (-110)
Green Bay Packers +2 (-110) 44 (-110)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Bucs swim into this Week 13 matchup sporting a 4-7 record that ranks them 4th in the NFC South. Coming into this year’s season, Tampa Bay had hopes of competing for a title in the division since the NFC South was very much up for grabs. The Falcons entered the season as the favorites in the South but it seems that the franchise is currently dealing with a classic case of the Super Bowl blues. The 8-3 New Orleans Saints currently lead the South with a brilliant 8-3 record followed by the 8-3 Carolina Panthers and the 7-4 Falcons. The South has shaped up to be pretty competitive but there’s no question that the Bucs are nowhere near competing for the title in the division. The Bucs are coming off a 34-20 loss to the Falcons this past Sunday. Despite this, the NFL football online odds are siding with Tampa Bay by7 the slightest of margins.
Green Bay Packers
The Packers march into this Sunday’s contest with a 5-6 record that ranks them 3rd in the NFC North. Once the leaders of the division, the Pack has fallen pretty deep in the rankings. The Minnesota Vikings now lead the North with their stellar 9-2 record followe4d by the 6-5 Detroit Lions. Considering the kind of success the Vikings have been able to find this season, it doesn’t seem like Green Bay will be able to catch up to them. However, Green Bay can still hope for a Wild Card berth. All they need to do is get Rodgers back on the field as soon as possible. Taking the Packers on the upset line doesn’t seem like a bad choice this weekend considering the kind of game they delivered against the Steelers.
