Football Betting Sportsbooks Predict Niners Remain Winless

Betting Dallas Cowboys vs. San Francisco 49ers – Sunday, October 22nd

The Dallas Cowboys headed into their Week 6 Bye looking to get some rest after suffering 2 consecutive losses. Losing 2 games in a row is never a good thing, but losing 2 straight at home is pitiful. After suffering a 30-35 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, America’s Team was confident they could bounce back against the Green Bay Packers. Unfortunately for them, they ended up leaving too much time on the clock for Aaron Rodgers, who drove down the field and sealed the deal once again in Jerry World. Now, after a full week’s time to finesse out any problems, Dallas looks to make their resurgence against the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday. Let’s see what kind of finish football betting sportsbooks are predicting for Week 7.

Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys come into this Week 7 matchup sporting a 2-3 record that lands the club at the No. 3 spot in the NFC East. Heading into the season, most sports betting sites had a feeling that the NFC East would be one of the toughest divisions in pro football and it looks like the East isn’t haven’t any problems living up to that preseason hype. Right now the Eagles are holding the division off with their stellar 5-1 record. The Cowboys would have to usurp both Philadelphia and the 3-2 Washington Redskins to lay claim to the division once more.

In addition to winning football games, Dallas has had to contend with a good deal of controversy. In addition to Jerry Jones’ daring comments regarding Anthem protests, the Cowboys can’t seem to escape Ezekiel Elliott’s suspension. One week the NFL has gotten a court to reinstate the suspension, the next the NFLPA is able to reverse their action. It’s clear that this battle will rage all season long and honestly, it might be doing more harm than good. While we don’t have direct access to the players’ locker room, it’s hard to imagine the atmosphere being something other than frustrated.

San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers remain winless through 6 weeks of football betting sportsbooks action. However, the last couple of weeks, the Niners have been closing in on a win. Two weeks ago, San Fran faced the Colts and barely lost 26-23. Last weekend, versus the Washington Redskins, the 49ers lost 26-24. Against another NFC East team, San Francisco will be looking to finally crack the win column. Sean Lee will be making his return this Sunday. Lee being the Cowboys’ star linebacker, San Fran can expect Dallas’ defense to be both on point and looking to take out their anger on a winless team. The odds are ruling heavily against the San Fran and fans should as well.
