The Florida State Seminoles had high hopes for the 2017 season, seeing as they were one of the highest nationally ranked teams leading up to the year. Unfortunately, FSU’s season was derailed by some hurricane weather. This forced some several of their early season matchups to be postponed. And seeing as the team finished 7-6, it’s clear they never recovered. They also posted a 3-5 record in conference play, which led to a 6th place ranking in the Atlantic Division. As for this year, the Seminoles still have most of their pieces in place. This should lead to a breakout season for the program.
