The No. 9 Penn State Nittany Lions are heavy NCAAF betting favorites versus the Rutgers Scarlet Knights on Saturday, November 19th at High Point Solutions Stadium in Piscataway, NJ. The Lions remain within the Big Ten Championship Game conversation. These are the college football game odds:

The Knights (2-8) were shutout 0-49 by the Michigan State Spartans on Saturday. QB Giovanni Rescigno threw 6 of 16 for 40 yards with two interceptions. Jawuan Harris had 27 yards on three receptions. Tylin Oden ran for 40 yards on seven carries. Denote Roberts had 17 tackles. The Knights have lost seven games in a row and are last in the Big Ten West Division.
