Iowa Hawkeyes vs Purdue Boilermakers 10/24/2020 – Week 8 of college football is all about the Big 10 conference teams battling for the first time of the season. Iowa Hawkeyes and Purdue Boilermakers will play their very first game of 2020 from Ross-Ade Stadium in West Lafayette, Indiana. The football odds have been flourishing as these teams try to open their record. Iowa had a successful season last year and they are all set to bring back some of their top players. Purdue Boilermakers will make a few changes on their team and they will try their best to make a better season.

Iowa Hawkeyes won 10 games last season and they are all set to bring in Spencer Petras as their quarterback this season. Petras is new to the squad and they are yet to watch his performance. From the running back spot, Tyler Goodson will be back alongside Ivory Kelly-Martin and Mekhi Sargent. Tyrone Tracy and Ihmir Smith-Marsette will return from the wide receiving spot and they are one of the key players from last season. Iowa will replace three of its players for the defensive line this season. Nick Niemann will return from the linebacking spot with Djimon Colbert.

Purdue Boilermakers struggled last year with their running game. From the defensive end, they were equally bad as they held the last spot in the Big 10 Conference play. Lorenzo Neal will be back after his injury last season while Demarcus Mitchell takes the spot as the top linebacker. Purdue has made a few changes to their squad by shuffling Derrick Barnes from the defensive line to the linebacker spot. Cory Trice is back to the cornerback position and Cam Allen will take the lead from the safety.
