College Football Teams Bound for A Rebound in 2019

The 2019 college football betting season is still a long ways off. However, players learning how to bet on sports can certainly use this time to up their game. One of the best approaches is to have a handy list of favorites or sleepers to count on throughout the year. Here we’ll be looking at some of the best college football sleepers to count on in 2019. So without further ado, let’s jump right in.
Best College Football Sleepers to Count on in 2019
No. 1 Tennessee
It should come as no surprise to see the Volunteers this high in the list. After all, their biggest playmakers from last season are returning and should look even better since Jeremy Pruitt is now entering his second year. In addition, Tennessee has bolstered their ranks through one heck of a recruiting class. With that in mind, it’s safe to say that they have the talent necessary to build something respectable in 2019. Lastly, Tennessee should be able to pick off the even weaker teams in the SEC East to propel themselves up the divisional ladder. This includes Vanderbilt and Missouri, both who are bound for some lackluster seasons.
No. 2 North Carolina
There’s no telling how Mack Brown will handle himself in his return but that’s what makes UNC a great sleeper pick. Early on bettors should be able to tell if there’s any value in backing the Tar Heels this season. Some feel that Brown’s return should propel them to a more successful outing this season. After all, Brown is 4 wins away from becoming the winningest coach in UNC history. However, others feel that even Brown isn’t enough to turn the tides in UNC’s favor. Although they have a good deal of talent returning this season, the team has had bad runs with the injury bug as of late. There’s no telling if they’ll be able to stay healthy.
No. 3 Colorado
Sportsbook players might be surprised to see Colorado here since they were dead last in the Pac-12 South last season. However the team was undefeated when facing out of conference opponents. Sure it didn’t help that they lost 7 to Pac-12 opponents. But since only 2 of those losses were blowouts, we can fully expect Colorado to have a much better season. At the end of the day this is definitely one team you want to keep your mind on. Especially early in the season, when the odds won’t be giving Colorado any favors whatsoever.
No. 4 Louisville
There’s no denying that 2018 was disastrous for Louisville. Nevertheless, Scott Satterfield has been brought on board and no one knows what to expect. Seeing as how they were 0-8 in ACC play this season, it’s highly unlikely that they’ll have a breakout season. Notwithstanding that fact, bettors can still find plenty of value by keeping watch on Louisville. They may not be headed towards a top national ranking but they’ll certainly come through with some big time upsets. They have most of their talent returning, which they’re eager young coaching staff will put to full use.
