The Clemson Tigers were the third-ranked team in the NCAA come opening night but they had to battle the fifth-ranked Georgia Bulldogs. The loss made them slip down to sixth while Georgia went up to second behind Alabama. This team got suffocated by the Bulldogs’ defense and was only allowed to score in the final quarter. Kicker B.T.
