Cleveland Cavaliers

In Game 1 of this postseason series, only James broke 20-points for his team. The Cavs had two other players break double digits, but no one else had much of an impact. And interestingly enough, Jeff Green, one of Cleveland’s starters finished the game with 27-points. Despite the fact that he played 27-minutes on the night. So with those results in mind, LeBron knew that he needed to carry this team to a win in Game 2. In the end, the multiple time MVP did just that as he finished the night with an astounding 46-points. That’s all find and dandy, but will the 33-year old veteran consistently be able to deliver those results? By the looks of it, even the NBA betting online odds aren’t certain. Considering they’ll be on the road this evening, it might be better to bet against James.

Players to Watch: LeBron James (35.0ppg, 11.0 rpg, 8.5 apg), Kevin Love (12.0 ppg, 12.5 rpg, 1.0 apg), and JR Smith (10.0 ppg, 1.0 rpg, 1.0 apg).

Indiana Pacers

Victor Oladipo did his best to outscore LeBron in Game 2, but that’s nearly impossible when James gets going. Long story short, Indiana has a path to victory in this matchup. But it certainly isn’t trying to compete with a 40+ point scoring LeBron. Instead, the Pacers need to focus on setting the pace of the game, i.e. containing James. They were able to do so in Game 1, but James just had too much momentum the other night. But with a home crowd to back them up, the Pacers might just be able to deter James this evening.

Players to Watch: Victor Oladipo (23.1 ppg, 5.2 rpg, 4.3 apg), Bojan Bogdanovic (14.3 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 1.5 apg), and
