The Rockets made a sizable improvement this season and turned in a 55-27 record that paved the way for a 2^nd place finish in the Southwest Division and a 3^rd place finish in the Western Conference. Houston has made the playoffs for the last 5-years running, but hasn’t made it past the First Round in over a year.
