Main Card

Sean Brady

Currently ranked eighth in the UFC welterweight rankings, Brady (15-0, 5-0 UFC) has taken the UFC by storm after spending his time in the independent circuits. The Philadelphia native has racked up wins over Court McGee, Ismael Naurdiev, Christian Aguilera, Jake Matthews and Chiesa. His submission win over Aguilera even merited him a Performance of the Night bonus. Sean Brady will be in for his toughest task in his career as he faces the veteran Muhammad, who has also fought the best fighters in the division, including current UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards. Brady has won seven of his 15 fights via stoppage (three knockouts and four submissions) and he hopes to use his abilities to secure his 16th-straight win against Muhammad.

Belal Muhammad

Belal Muhammad (21-3, 1 no contest, 12-3, I NC UFC) has been outstanding in the UFC since coming out of the independent fight scene undefeated. However, he had a slow start in his career in the octagon, winning five of his first eight fights. But since losing his third bout against Geoff Neal, Muhammad has been on a tear, racking up seven wins and one no contest (against Edwards). The streak included victories against veterans Demian Maia, Dhiego Lima, Stephem Thompson and Luque. Muhammad and Brady were supposed to fight each other in UFC Fight Night 183 in December 2020 but the fight was called off after the latter pulled out due to a broken nose. Now, they will clash to see who’s the better fighter in the division.

Brady vs Muhammad Betting Picks

Brady and Muhammad looks to climb the welterweight ladder and a win by either fighter will be huge in the long run. Brady wants to keep his unbeaten record intact while Muhammad seeks to extend his winning streak to eight. MMA oddsmakers will be in for a tough time on who to pick in this encounter as both fighters are evenly matched. Although Brady has a slight advantage in striking accuracy and takedowns, Muhammad is not far behind. Although it is in the preliminary card, the match is a great appetizer for the main card that will happen later.
