No Thursday Night Football? Bet on Baseball Online

Bet on Baseball Online

It’s hard to believe there won’t be Thursday Night Football. Then again, it’s hard to believe that there ever was Thursday night football in the first place. The games that no team wants to play (with the short rest) Thursday Night Football was always a tough fit. Sometimes, the games were great. Sometimes, they won’t. Always, they were football. That’s why we’re going to miss them this week (and hopefully just this week) when they don’t occur. However, don’t fret, there’s still plenty of time to bet on baseball online right here at BetNow.

Bet on Baseball Online Thursday Night

So much great baseball to bet on. The League Championship Series round is in full swing. In fact, we could have one of the participants in the World Series on Thursday night. The Tampa Bay Rays are on the verge of taking out the Astros. Going into Wednesday night, they had a 3-0 game to none lead in the series. We don’t have to tell you how often the team down three games to none actually finds a way to claw back.

But, the Astros, if nothing else, don’t go away quietly. They won Game 4, thus forcing a Game 5. Of course, history is littered with teams that went down 3-0 and won Game 4, only to get swamped in Game 5 or even six. But, many of our bettors were around to see the Red Sox do it, and moreover, do it against the Yankees. Really, when it comes to baseball, it’s harder to believe that more teams haven’t come back from down 3-0. Can the Astros be the next?

The National League

In the NLCS, traditional powers battle it out. The Braves and the Dodgers. These are two of the best teams over the last so many decades. There’s reasons for that: they spend and draft well. In this series, it looks like it’s going to be tight. Both of these teams are evenly matched, it can be difficult to figure out exactly how it’s going to go.

Our oddsmakers see it that way. That’s why we’ve got the Dodgers as a slight, run and a half favorite (as of this writing). That could change, of course (who knows what’s up with Kershaw’s back spasms?) But, this series looks like it very well could go the distance. What do you think? Do you see a Game 7 coming up? Or, is one team going to force its will on the other, all the way to the World Series?

Baseball and Football This Weekend

While we’re all missing Thursday Night Football, there’s still plenty of football coming this weekend. Of course, we’re going to have all of the college games that you want to bet on, this weekend and every other. As we move into mid-October, some teams are starting to separate themselves from the rest. That’s true in the conferences as well as in the standings. You’ll be able to bet them all here.

As for the NFL, we’re moving into a big week with some huge games. Hard to get past the Browns and Steelers game. That’s as big a game as between these two in the last decade, probably since the 2007 game (the one where they both met with winning records, last time that happened). What do you think is going to happen? Will the Browns win in Pittsburgh for the first time since 2003 (when Tim Couch was their QB?) Or, will this be another win for the Steelers in Pittsburgh over the Brownies?

As ever, we’ll have all of this action and everything else. Just because these sports are back doesn’t mean that we’ve forgotten so much of what was big during the worst of the pandemic. You’ll still be able to bet on sports so much that you could then, and the online casino is always open. Good luck this weekend and every other!
