NFL Betting Sunday 12/19

There’s less time left in the NFL regular season than you might think. Four games. Weeks 15, 16, 17, and now 18 – that’s it. That’s all that’s left to make a statement. If teams are going to go on a run to the playoffs, now is the time to do it. The same can go for your NFL betting Sunday 12/19, too. If you want to make a run at the big money, now is the time to do it. After all, we’ve got a little less than two months left of NFL football period. It’s time to go for it or to go home.

NFL Betting Sunday 12/19 – Early

This is the time of the year when we really all turn our attention to division games. Sure, there are plenty of non-division games going on this weekend. But, with the season coming down to the wire, those division games are bigger and bigger than ever. To that end, the NFC East is all playing each other this weekend. The Cowboys look like the class of the division, but 10.5 is a big line to be favored by on the road. The Eagles are favored by 7 at home against the Football Team. How do you feel about that?

AFC matchups are big, as teams are trying to crawl into those last three wild card spots. The Dolphins have been playing much, much better as of late. They host the Jets where they’re a ten point favorite. Is this the game that puts the Fins right in the Wild Card conversation?

By that same token, one of the bigger games of the weekend (and the early AFC game that the majority of the country is going to see) is coming from Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. The Steelers host the Titans. The Steelers are as must win as it gets after failing in that comeback against the Vikings. The Titans have a great shot at the division and more even with all of the injuries that they’ve suffered.

The Steelers haven’t had a great season (to put it mildly) but our handicappers aren’t ready to give up on them, especially at home. You can see that as, of this writing, we have the Titans as only a 1.5 point favorite on the North Shore of the Confluence. How do you see this game going? Do the Steelers get back in the Wild Card or the Titans titan on?

Highlights Later on

Maybe the most intriguing game of the day actually isn’t in the same division or the same conference. The Green Bay Packers head to Baltimore to play the Ravens. The Ravens, unfortunately, don’t look like they’ll have Lamar for this game. That’s a real shame but the Ravens defense can be very good. However, will they be enough to stop Rodgers? Doesn’t look that way according to our handicappers – we have the Pack on the road by 5.5.

The other later games on Sunday are absolutely fascinating as well. The Bengals and the Broncos feels like it might be a playoff game already. Sure, the Bengals may have the inside track to the AFC North crown (especially with Lamar hurt) but there’s never anything given about a win in Mile High, especially with the Broncos playing so much better (after so many left them for dead weeks ago). Who emerges from this one with a leg up on the competition? We have the Broncos as 2.5 favorites in Denver.

Other late games in the NFC hold big divisional stakes. The Seahawks, perhaps out of it, can play spoiler against a Rams team coming off a huge win on Monday night to keep their divisional hopes alive. Can that continue against Russell Wilson? The late Sunday game finds Brady at home to the Saints. With the Bucs being an 11 point favorite, we see them ruling, but anything can happen. When you want to make it happen, bet the NFL at BetNow.
